Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your certvo.com subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Remaining features continue to be available until the billing period ends
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Technical issues: The platform experienced significant downtime or errors that prevented you from using the service during your billing period
- Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period
- First-time subscribers: Within 7 days of your first subscription payment, if you are unsatisfied with the service
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Credits already consumed
- Partial month usage after the 7-day policy
- Violations of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Changes in personal circumstances unrelated to the service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@certvo.com with:
- Your account email
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. Payment Provider
All payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle's system. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly.
