14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Certvo within your first 14 days, email support@certvo.com and we'll initiate a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method. No questions asked.
After the 14-day window
After your first 14 days, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Reach out at any time to support@certvo.com and we'll review your situation in good faith.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep full access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations (the 14-day guarantee covers this case for new subscriptions).
Add-on credit purchases
One-time AI credit top-ups ($9 / 100 credits) are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed. If you haven't used any credits from the pack and request a refund within 14 days, we'll refund it under the same money-back guarantee above.
Trial conversions
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. We require a credit card to start the trial, but you can cancel at any time before day 14 from your billing dashboard and you won't be charged. If you forget and get charged on day 15, the 14-day money-back guarantee still applies — email us and we'll refund in full.
